Atheer had been founded in 1999 under the umbrella of Jeraisy group in partnership with Bahrain Telecommunication Company -  Batelco, few years after Jeraisy group had acquired the full share of the company.

 

Since that, Atheer has allied itself with major content providers, system integrator and Web developers to introduce state-of-the-art technology power tools to the local Saudi market and ensure it had the capability to provide its customers with total solutions.
